Rose Cottage is a Victorian cottage in the heart of Upper Niton on the Isle of Wight and can sleep six people. The cottage has two king-size double bedrooms (one with a TV with Freeview), a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a separate WC, a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms (divided by open tread stair case). Outside there is roadside parking, a front garden with a bench and pond and an enclosed rear patio garden with furniture. Rose Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday in the Isle of Wight.
Accommodation
Electric storage heating. Double electric oven with halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking. Front paved garden with bench and pond. Enclosed rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub/restaurant 1 min walk. Note: Due to the open tread staircase, care should be taken. Note: Back gate leads to roadside parking. Note: Due to unfenced pond in garden, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The cottage is located on the coast road and so some associated road noise may be heard at busy times. |
